Digital samples are paper box samples made by high-quality printing equipment, which is different from the offset printing machine used for mass production. You can understand that we use a printer to print out the artwork to confirm the design effect before mass production. It is a visual model that can help you visually view the packaging design, including details such as color, pattern and text position.

The graphic information in the computer is directly printed on the surface of the paper, eliminating the need for the intermediate process of making printing plates.

What it prints is digital variable information, which can be different in content, and even the material can be changed. So the speed of digital printing is very fast.

Regardless of which option you choose, we will prepare your design for further pre-press production, including:

Files must be in four-color CMYK format (can include Pantone spot colors)
If the design is rich in color, it's recommended to reduce Pantone colors to improve print color accuracy. If there are fewer colors and large monochromatic blocks, it's recommended to use Pantone colors.
For black text, please use single-color black (C:0; M:0; Y:0; K:100)
Check if the bleed of the print document is correct, usually 3mm outside the dieline
Ensure all text is converted to curves. Different software on each computer may have different fonts, so we need to convert the text to curved outlines before sending the design files.
Printing patterns and text must be 300DPI or above, in CDR, AI vector graphics format. It's not recommended to create design files in PS, as there will be jagged and blurred edges after printing.
Printing the same color on different paper materials will show different color blocks; we need to perform special file processing according to different printing papers.
More processing steps will increase production time costs; we need to create a reasonable printing plan.
